We collect information to provide better services to our users. This includes: - Personal Information: Name, email address, and profile information provided during registration. - Survey Data: Survey content, questions, responses, and metadata you create or submit through Survey Teams. - Usage Information: Log data, device information, and how you interact with our platform.

We use the information we collect to: - Provide, maintain, and improve our services. - Personalize your experience and deliver analytics and insights. - Communicate with you about updates, security, and support. - Ensure the safety and security of our platform.

We share personal information only with the service providers that run parts of Survey Teams for us, and only what each of them needs: - Payments: Paddle.com, our merchant of record, processes orders, invoices and tax. - Email: our email delivery provider sends invitations, reminders and account messages. - AI features: when you use an AI feature, the text you submit — a prompt, survey content, or results you ask it to analyse — is sent to the AI model providers that generate the answer. - Hosting: our infrastructure provider stores and serves the platform. - Product analytics: when you are signed in, Motivio, our product-analytics provider, receives your account ID, your email address and the product milestones you reach (for example signing up, publishing your first survey or sending it), with their date, and — only if you accepted analytics — the campaign that brought you to our site. It processes this data in the United States. - Analytics: only with your consent, Google Analytics measures visits to our public pages (see section 5). Otherwise we disclose personal information only where the law requires it, or with your explicit consent.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) that Survey Teams needs to work: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and to remember your cookie choice. These do not require your consent. Once you are signed in, we also keep in your browser a short record of which product milestones have already been reported to our product-analytics provider (see section 3), so that each is counted only once; it holds no survey content or answers. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics, a Google service, on our public pages — the home page, How it works, pricing, the legal pages, and the sign-in and sign-up pages — to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* that last up to 13 months. It does not run inside the app or on survey, shared-results or invitation links: if it was loaded on a public page first, it is switched off as soon as you move to one of them. Google may process this data outside the European Union, including in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. With the same consent, when you arrive through a link carrying campaign tags (utm_source, utm_campaign and similar), we keep those tags in your browser's local storage and pass them to our product-analytics provider with your sign-up (see section 3). Without your consent they are not stored, and rejecting analytics removes any we kept. You can accept or reject analytics in the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our pages. We keep your choice for six months, then ask again. Rejecting analytics does not affect anything else you can do in Survey Teams.
